Ak-Pa was founded in 1976 to handle the export marketing and sales of Akkök Group companies.

Activities cover exports to 70 countries in 5 continents and main export product is  acrylic fiber. Besides fibers, we are also exporting yarns and chemicals.

Ak-Pa is open to change and maintains strategic awareness, a critical approach and selectivity as it encourages teamwork and provide solutions.  Ak-Pa is a role model in our sector and able to take the right direction in accordance with market developments, closely following up on world market.

Ak-Pa monitors international market trends and developments for the Akkök Group. Fundamentally, we act as the Group's window on the world by coordinating our findings with the Group.

Ak-Pa will shift its focus from Europe toward the Middle East and Asia. Group companies focused on high value-added products when profit margins decreased for standard products.

Ak-Pa is always very eager to maintain and expand its export markets with its experience of 30 years in the market and also its young and energetic employee profile.

Ak-Pa has received both the Successful Exporter and New Market awards presented by the Istanbul Textile and Apparel Exporter Unions(ITKIB) and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.

In the year 2005, Ak-Pa has made exports to 67 countries with a turnover of 226.106.780,93 usd.
